Undergraduate Research Conference

The VSU Annual Undergraduate Research Conference is a gathering of students, faculty, and administrators from VSU and other institutions.

The conference is held annually each spring and includes oral and poster presentations by undergraduate students about their research in agriculture, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (A-STEM), education, and health disparities. The conference is co-sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF) HBCU-UP A-STEM Program, the NSF Louise Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Program (LS-AMP), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Research Infrastructure in Minority Institutions (RIMI) Program. VSU recognizes the importance of research and encourages A-STEM students to participate in research while earning their degree.
