In our continuing effort to provide you wellness activities and opportunities we offer Zumba, Kick Boxing, Water and Step Aerobics classes! These classes are held 5:30 to 6:30 in the Dance Studio at Daniel Gym according to the schedule below:
Monday: Kickboxing
Tuesday: Zumba
Wednesday: Step Aerobics
Thursday: Water Aerobics
