THE ANDREW FAISON SHOW...Mondays, 7-8PM (FOOTBALL SEASON ONLY)
It's the show where the coach isn't the guest...he's the Star! WVST's own John Emmett talks with VSU Head Football Coach Andrew Faison about the past weekend's game, and the upcoming games.  Other VSU Athletics developments are also the topic of discussion.

CRIMESOLVERS RADIO PROFILES...Tuesdays, Noon-12:30 PM
Area CrimeSolvers detectives use this extended opportunity (30 minutes) to profile various crimes and criminals, encouraging area residents to help solve crimes and capture fugitives from justice.  Listeners are also advised as to how they can best avoid being a victim of crime.

TROJAN SPORTS REVIEW...Wednesdays, 7-8 PM
This program takes a look at all aspects of Virginia State University athletics, highlighting sports that are in season.  Hosted by WVST's own John Emmett, the show also highlights local, as well as national sports.

WITH GOOD REASON…Wednesdays, 8-8:30 PM
This show features faculty from the state's public colleges and universities discussing research and issues of the day.  Topics range from politics, history and religion, to relationships and issues facing children.

STREET SOLDIERS...Thursdays, 7-9 PM
This award-winning San Francisco-based, syndicated show, hosted by Dr. Joe Marshall is aimed at stopping street violence, and helping young people make better life decisions. Listeners from around the country are invited to call Street Soldiers to share in the discussion.

THE HEALTH SHOW …Saturdays, 11-11:25 AM
It's a nationally syndicated program co-hosted by Bob Barrett and Board Certified Gastroenterologist Dr. Nina Sax. Join them as they feature diet and lifestyle segments, interviews with doctors on various health subjects as well as environmental health issues.  The Health Show:  It's good for you!

BLACK COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEKLY …Saturdays, Noon-12:30pm (FOOTBALL SEASON ONLY)
This nationally syndicated program, hosted by Ty Miller, gives you a round-up of the previous week's Black College Football contents, as well as a preview of the upcoming games, conference by conference.  Ty also gives you interviews with coaches, players, Hall of Famers and more!

Join WVST Sports Director John Emmett as he hosts a round-up of each week's CIAA contests, featuring reports from each game by various representatives of CIAA teams.  Get full game recaps, as well as previews, of every CIAA game every week during football season.
